2012 Quady North Cabernet Franc Mae’s Vineyard Applegate Valley

“Jazzy fruit and tomato vine...”

2012 Quady North Cabernet Franc Mae’s Vineyard Applegate Valley

Saturated garnet color with a plummy, earthy fragrance stained by ripe red fruits. A whiff of tomato leaf mingles with its barrel toastiness, and the body has a spicy kick, almost jalapeño, jazzing tart cranberry fruit. Blackened tannins add gritty minerals to the finish. Serve with roasted pork, aged cheeses, pepper-seared steak.
