Its pale green robe has a spiced red-apple and yellow stone fruit fragrance, a surprising frisson of cool against warm. The flavors are unstained, with a pop of green tea and limes and crackly, finely-articulated minerality. The wine dilates at the finish, flaring into a sheen of polished citrus.
This is not a typical musky-melon Sauvignon Blanc. It’s instead a lighter edition, quite stylish.
